"A life more ordinary.."

After being born in Bexleyheath in Kent, I headed down under with Jim and Barb Anglem to begin my formative years in Invercargill right down the arse end of the planet. Luckily, at the ripe old age of 18 I managed to leave home and head to Dunedin (a couple of hundred kilometres away but a whole different world) where I went to Otago University. After I got my commerce degree (information science) in 4 years I moved to the nation's capital where I worked for a year, but as they say "you can take the people out of Otago, but you cant take Otago out of the people" - so I had to return for another couple of years to get it all out of my system. During this period I spent 6 months living in Auckland with work and did a fair amount of travelling within the land of the long white cloud. After I decided that it was time to move on, I headed back to Wellington for a year before jumping on that big old plane to start the rest of my life...

This site contains the usual drivel that is associated with one punter's experiences in various places around the world but may be interesting for those of you who are familiar with me and possibly for those who have crossed my path over the years.
